Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin is fast, easy and perfect in the crockpot!!

When the kid were living at home, I used the crockpot ALOT! Thinking the crockpot wouldn’t be used much once they left, I passed the big old thing on to our daughter. But I quickly realized that I needed one for us after all! As empty nesting full time RVers, we use it just as much!! It’s great for preparing a meal before we go out to adventure. When we come back from our day, dinner is READY TO GO!!

We’d love to hear what you think of this recipe. Leave a comment!

Recipe

1 Pork Tenderloin

Maple Syrup (I used Homemade Maple Syrup from Wisconsin)

Brown Sugar

Bacon Strips (uncooked and cut in half) – I used 1/2 a package.

On this recipe, I didn’t measure anything. You can’t go wrong with these flavors. Lay it on thin or thick – to your liking. Mine was more on the thick side.

Place the Pork Tenderloin in the crockpot. Slowly pour Maple Syrup over it until covered. (The extra that runs into the bottom will add to the flavor later).

Place the brown sugar on top and pat it down so it sticks to the maple syrup.

Layer the strips of bacon on top, keeping the strips close together. You can overlap & use more bacon if you’d like!

Cover and cook on LOW heat for 6-7 hours.

This Pork Tenderloin turned out so tender and delicious! It was falling apart!
